Warranty & exchanges requirements

2. The related warranty company is Dongguan Pineapple Protection Co., Ltd.
3. Within 12 months of arrival.

Exceptions
The warranty & exchanges doesn't cover any problem that is caused by the following conditions:

1. Drops.
2. Installation failure.
3. Normal daily wear and tear.
4. Man-made modifications.
5. Products not sold by us.
6. Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
7. Theft or loss of the product.

What we will response under our warranty & exchanges policy?
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement or full refund including any return shipping costs.
