I installed the product exactly as prescribed, even though they included no physical instructions and you had to view the video on-line. After installation I closed the phone and the screen protector shattered instantly at the fold. At least we know it does have glass in it. I wrote to customer care which took 1 week between responses, and then told that I should have waited 20 minutes before closing the phone. That's great and all, but that is NOT shown anywhere. And if it is such a critical parameter for installation, they should have a warning right on the package. Tried to get a replacement to try out but to no avail.
Please don't buy one of these for your ZFold phone. They are unbelievably fragile and are impossible to install without bubbles. Following the installation video, the glass in the cover suddenly started getting very small lines like it was breaking. It's very similar to rock chip spiderwebs in a car windshield. The cardboard tool used to install the protector doesn't do a good job of removing air bubbles like other protectors I've installed. This is an unusable product.
