- All items should be returned with their original boxes.
- All items should be returned in one package.
- Within 30 days from delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement or full refund including any return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like man-made damage, lost original package, request from outside country of purchaser.
How to return?
Step 1: Please contact us by our email to start and confirm the return process with the following information.

Your order related receiver email or phone number, full name
Step 2: Then insert the items back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Select a your preferred shipping carrier. Turn package over to the courier and get the tracking number. Then send the return tracking number to us by email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
