I have ordered screen protectors and install box.
They delivered wrong place even though correct address was written.
They blamed courier. Yes the courier delivered wrong place but they didn't take any action. They sent me photos the courier sent them to proove it has been delivered then did nothing. I requested several time to get refunded but still not responding.
So disappointing.
The box arrived with the Model number scratched out and my model number written with pen. No surprising it didn't fit as was clearly for a different model. Seller then lied to paypal saying it was altered in my possession
I ordered a screen protector for my wife's new iPhone 15 and decided to get one for my Galaxy S22 Ultra the next day. The one for the iPhone arrived right on time. Mine took a bit longer and I wasn't seeing updates on the tracking info after 16 days. I emailed Mohave and within 24 hours had a response and confirmation of updated tracking info (USPS had it out for delivery on that very day). Frankly, I was impressed with the timing of the response, considering Mohave is a Chinese company and most of my dealings with such have been less than fruitful when dealing with like issues. I've installed it on my Galaxy, using myself as the guinea pig before I try the wife's iPhone, and was glad I did *and* glad Mohave includes two films with the install box, as I completely botched the first one. A bit clearer instruction would be nice (be sure to keep it pulled tight so it doesn't touch the phone until you have all the connection points set). The second one was installed without a hitch and I'm pleased so far. We'll see how it does with how much I use the phone, but so far so good. I do worry the edges will end up peeling away from the curved screen, but we'll see. Now, off to install my wife's screen protector.
I still have not received my product and requested a refund without response.
I have a S22 ultra and it fits fine but there's nothing to do to perfect the edges. I've had mine for less than a week and it's already got a crack. Could be stronger
